This course has been designed specifically to comply with EU legislation which came into force in December 2014 and shows you how to provide allergy information on pre-packed or unpackaged foods for your setting. It covers what effects allergies may have on the body, how allergenic ingredients should be displayed on a label, and how you should be providing your customers with allergen information about the non-prepacked food you serve.
